Yes. This a complicated thing for me to understand. The only post I get is from the government, from the doctors, from advertising, and from my pension. So, I don't know if we are talking about sending letters or recieving them. There are only 2 letter boxes in town (that I am aware of) so for me to send a letter I have to find out where they are. And then there is the question of finding postage stamps.

I am sure they could still Fedex a letter. The article says actual letters have declined 90%.
