Good thing the Danes haven't yet figured it out, that Greenland is a very young continent specific ice age and if it doesn't change direction and start moving away from the North Pole, it ain't gonna be worth jack because it will end up like Antarctica.

It's terrifying, the ease with which his supporters even elected members of congress, are blind to what's taking place is truly astonishing.
I am an immigrant and since a very young age have admired the United States, I was raised in poverty in 1960s Liverpool and often saw US TV and movies throughout my childhood and teenage years.
I formed a view of a fair decent country overall, with a deep desire to do good and play fair and respect law and order.
I can recall many inspiring movies with actors like Cagney and Bogart and I'd hear terms to like "ex con" and "cop killer" and the stories never showed crime as paying and that goodness and decency always overcame the criminals and the bad people.
Of course this was simplistic and romanticized but it influenced me a lot.
Now I live here and have done for the past twenty five years and what I am seeing is sickening and the flippant way his supporters are laughing at his decisions and cheering him on and dismissing serious concerns has truly sickened me.
He's destroying the very fabric of the American national character, portraying lying, cheating, violence and crime as "good" that's not the America I saw as a kid, not the America that sent man to the moon, the America that fought with us against fascism.
Releasing those people who ransacked the capitol, breaking down doors, beating police officers and even shitting in people's offices is the most disgusting thing I've ever seen from a supposed leader of the free world.
Trump is filth, he attracts filth and I see no prospect of us ever returning to anything "again" we're done for.

Few American understand that Canada is not a true democracy, the same goes for Australia.
The British government can at any time they choose to "advise" the monarch King Charles, to instruct the Canadian Governor General to dismiss the prime minister. This happened in Australia in the 1970s and the democratically elected prime minister was removed, done, dusted, period.
So basically Canada can never take any action that the British government disapproves of, so I doubt you'll see Canada ever becoming a state.
But they might join the EU and that'll piss off the fat orange bastard:
