Trump wasn't a "career" politician during his first Presidency, meaning he wasn't aware of how "things run" in the government. He learned very quickly who the players behind the scenes were and how they control what does/doesn't get done. This time around, he was ready for those "behind the scenes" and hit the ground running. I really don't understand why so many Dems can't see that.
