The media apparently didn't think too much of it back in 1999 but Congress voted 311-41 and the Senate voted 95-2 to condemn Clinton's pardon of 19 FALN terrorists who set off 120 bombs and killed 6 people and maimed dozens including Police Officers. Clinton's "justice dept" blocked an investigation into the pardons and Clinton cited executive privilege in withholding documents relating to the pardons. Hillary supported the pardons at first and later recanted her support and still later supported the pardons.
