Like it or not, the policy, you and I disagree with, was acceptable to the previous administration. You are unlikely to see any prosecutions for accepted policies under the previous administration on this matter. I support present and future enforcement.
OK, I see your point about going back in time and seeing if any sanctuary city released the killer, and then prosecuting them.

Not sure what the statute of limitations is for accessory to murder?

It's not that Biden's admin let killers into the US in violation of Immigration Law, Mayorkas is toast if that happens.

Present and future enforcement is a given, I'm okay seeing if Laken Riley's killer, et.al. was released by anyone instead of turned over to ICE

I vaguely remember something about him being kicked out, but came back. Not sure if that is accurate memory or not. He won't be leaving country anytime soon, certainly not before he serves his time.

JAIL all Dems who resist and break our laws.
JAIL all Dems, Reps, Independents, aliens (legal or not) Native American that break our criminal laws. In my opinion, I would add to that group, diplomats of foreign governments that break our laws, but that is just me.

Start with Dems, they are the worst criminals. Plus I hate their guts.

Funny, but don't turn into an impotent whining meme of the trumpers. Your only logical choice is to support the law and the courts, regarding detainer holds.

Personally, the only problem I can see with dimocrap scum being dimocrap scum and harboring criminals is -- It causes too many people to up and leave there and end up here, in Florida.

We're closed, dammit! Full up! No Vacancy! Stay away!

You shit the bed, you sleep in it!!

But -- You're an INDEPENDENT, amirite?!?!! :auiqs.jpg:

Going forward, if refusing to honor an immigration detainer, yes, should be prosecuted. I would not support ex post facto enforcement or prosecution. It is not the way to go.
Also against the law, but democrats didn't care about that either.

Tremendous move on the part of President Trump, ICE and Tsar Homan.

Libs have made it seem that Trump is expelling only children and peaceful lettuce pickers. The facts are a great way to confront them on this.

I'm actually surprised at the poll results, 18:1 in favor of prosecuting pols that let criminals out instead of calling ICE.

dimocraps are lying scum. ALL of them.

In other news -- Now this rat-chere is a knee-slapper --

This is a FEDERAL CRIME….YIKES.

CITIZENS who knowingly and willfully harbor, transport or hire undocumented immigrants can face severe penalties ranging from five years to life in prison if convicted.

Federal law forbids U.S. citizens from encouraging, aiding, transporting or inducing undocumented immigrants to enter or remain in the United States illegally.

Federal charges for immigration-related violations

Some of the more common offenses related to undocumented immigrants include:

  • Harboring: Concealing, housing or offering support.
  • Smuggling: Bringing or arranging transport.
  • Transporting: Physically helping immigrants cross the border.
  • Encouragement/inducement: Offering support of any kind.
  • Illegal hiring: Recruiting or hiring an undocumented immigrant.
  • Illegal re-entry: Helping a deported individual cross back into the U.S.
  • Marriage fraud: Marrying a noncitizen to evade immigration laws.

NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW! NOT EVEN PEOPLE HARBOURING ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS!
It`s a misdemeanor. What should we do with a guy who had his Bedminster Country Club built by Costa Ricans that were here illegally? How about a guy who hired illegals to demolish a building in NYC? Crackpots wanted to lock up "crooked Hillary" for her emails, but why does this career criminal get a pass?

Did I get a thumbs down for reporting the hypocrisy of Trump? It`s people like him that lure the illegals to cross the border, and I presented the facts.
