Five of the last six general elections, the GOP has lost the popular vote. That isn't losing; that is getting taken to the woodshed.
It's the same woodshed that the Democrats visited from 1968 to 1992 where Jimmy Carter's 4 years were the only ones that saw a Democrat in office.
So
8 years of Nixon
4 years of Carter
8 years of Reagan
4 years of Bush I
8 years of Clinton
8 years of Bush II
8 years of Obama
You should be able to see the swing...first red then blue. There is no real way to predict the outcome of elections 4 years hence but you can see the trend...red has become blue. The Democrats have maybe 4-8 years left before it reverts back...
Or maybe something else will evolve...or maybe one of the two parties will dissolve...
The Democrats look to be far more unified right now.
good grief, Obama just started his second term and you giving him eight years as proof of something, he could figgen be impeached for all we know just like that other Democrat, Clinton

Well impeached or not. Leaving in disgrace or not. One term or two. The ballots of the voters had the gentlemen's names listed above. If those ballots indicate the wished os the voters, they're preferring the Democrats as of late. Any impeachment doesn't abolish those wishes.
That was a stupid post, even for you.

lol, Obama wins re-election by a small marging with the people, 48%-50% and it means ALL the people prefer Democrats all of a sudden...so when Bush won reelection ALL the people prefered Republican?
and by the time Obama and his comrade in arms are done raising peoples taxes, fining them for not purchasing their lovely insurance, and Unemployment probably at 10%, I will bet people will prefer Republicans AGAIN..

He actually won nearly every state that was contested seriously by both parties. The election wasn't close at all.good grief, Obama just started his second term and you giving him eight years as proof of something, he could figgen be impeached for all we know just like that other Democrat, Clinton
