And you didn't read mine, because I said tht your daughter is part of the group that has benefited the most from Affirmative Action and DEI. White women have been the most DEI jires. If your daughter got a job, it would be due to DEI! Understand?
Charlie Kirk was not right, and you don't know what DEI is. Furthermore, you don't seem to understand why such policies have been necessary. Affirmative Action and DEI aren't extra points for being a person of color. They are policies created because whites are not hiring or promoting blacks and other peope of color, regardless of how qualified they are. Whites get hired based on being whit,e and those like you don't question it. You assume they are qualified, while questioning the qualifications of blacks who get jobs, and yet you can't see the racism in this type of thinking. When you talk about making sense, a black man trying to shut down civil rights like Thomas is the one who doesn't make sense. But being white, you can't see that. Clarence Thomas had not been a judge when he was nominated. Brown Jackson was a judge in the next highest court to the Supreme Court before she was nominated. So she was well qualified.
What you believe about DEI is fiction created by racists, and it's time that thinking stopped.
