The politicians separated the races and cultures. When the Democrats became Progressives and demonized white people what do you think people would do? Lyndon Johnson and Ted Kennedy sold out their own race from your words. you party went massively left and white men were denied a few years after in much employment as a pecking order of groups was established. There are endless white guys from the 1970's who can verify this if you say it did not happen. That's all Republicans do. You don't even know what DEI is, and why is it that we talk about qualifications only when discussing equal opportunity policies? Here is an example. It would be just as wrong for my white daughter to be excluded just because she is white. If a black girl is better qualified than my daughter, then she should be chosen. If my daughter is better qualified than the aforementioned black girl, my daughter should be chosen. No one should be chosen simply because they belong to some disadvantaged group. I want the surgeon who operates on me or the pilot of the plane that I fly on to be the best, not some who was a DEI hire!

No you don't make sense. Whites are not getting excluded from anything and your daughter is part of the demographic that has benefited the most from both Affirmative Action and DEI.
