Democrats Get Lowest Rating From Voters in 35 Years, WSJ Poll Finds

Yeah, I heard that last year too. :itsok:
There have been 7 presidential elections this century, and the Republican candidate has won the popular vote twice. Your party is 2-5, and you're so happy that you won something that you are delusional. People are pissed at Republicans, and that's why they are running from town halls. So you can keep believing the same polls you dissed because they said Harris would win, or you can wake up

It's not my party. The Democrat Party isn't your party either, rube. You are just a fool that they count on to vote for them.

The turn to Trump and fascism was a natural for the US working class, that had suffered under the system being weighted so heavily for the wealthy class, for so many years..

And now there will be no fair election available to vote him out.

Democrats class warfare is not going to work anymore. The same with racism Mysogony SS scares Healthcare scares ect. Your masters will actually have to come up with ideas now. Good luck with that.

That wasn't about housing it was about cost of living. Read the link.

Basics, cars, housing...all are part of the cost of living crisis. I don't deny that things got worse under Biden, but not necessarily because of Biden's policies. I argued a lot with Democrats that his GDP and stock market gains weren't nearly the wins they thought they were, and I was accused of being a closet MAGA for it lol.

You can argue that the stimulus of 2021 wasn't really all that necessarily, although some of his policies literally lifted children out of poverty - until those policies were ended.

Biden had a $2T budget deficit, Trump is close to balancing the budget considering $300b tariff revenue, the $1.5T budget cut, and the reduced interest on the debt when the Fed lowers rates. Prices fluctuate due to "supply & demand". As Trump deports millions of illegals getting free food from Biden, the price of groceries will drop.

Trump is not closing in on a balanced budget. If anything the deficit is going to get worse.

Biden's hit on families was $11,400 a year in lost buying power.
We'll see how Trump does over time. He should improve their finances, we'll see.

$3.3T over 10-years is $330b a year in projected deficits.

Republican Senate tax bill would add $3.3 trillion to the US debt load, CBO says

But look at the CBO assumptions:
1. Did not consider $300b in tariff revenue (current projection)
2. Assumed 1.8% GDP growth (actual growth should be 3% or higher, which increases tax revenue)
3. As the Fed lowers interest rates that lowers the cost of interest on the $37T Debt ($300b for each 1% drop)
4. DOGE savings should be about $190b a year
5. "Claw-backs" could be significant

Keep on lying to yourselves.

Nobody has to capitulate to bigots in order to win an election. 86 million people didn't vote for either candidate, so if I were a Republican, I would stop reading crap that tells me what I desperately need to see in order to feel superior and face the truth that your party is in worse shape than Democrats and that's due to who you have leading you.

Last, the Wall Street Journal leans right. It is a Republican publication. S don't start that infantile whining about illegals voting if things turn out next year as it looks like it will. 86 million people aren't going to stay home next fall and by that time Americans will start feeling some of the effects of Project 2025.
Yep, who the hell needs to capitulate, especially since you have Panda Furries on your side.

I don't deny that the working poor got stuffed during Biden's term - that's why he lost. I kept pointing that out to my fellow lib-progs and I was accused of being a MAGA guy lol.

I just don't believe that Biden was responsible for all of it. Some of it? Absolutely. Portions of the added stimulus? Yeah, Biden. Being a sucker and getting baited into supporting Ukraine in its war with Russia? Yeah, completely on Biden. I've had that war with other Biden voters. They accuse me of being pro-Putin.

I'm honestly about to leave the Democrat party. I'm getting to the point where I'm thinking of just saying **** voting altogether. It's just that the Republican party is so shitty that they keep bringing me back in.

Considering how both parties have totally failed over the last 45 years when it comes to debt-GDP ratio, I'd stick with what CBO says.

I do really think you white Republicans need to shut up with this racist garbage.

COVID had a negative impact, and price gouging that had nothing to do with Biden hurt as well but its easier to blame Biden.
