I think you are a little confused.

The Supreme Court ruled multiple times that the detention of Japanese-Americans was legal, most notably in Korematsu v. US.

Also-
Hirabayashi v. United States
Yasui v. United States
Both found the Curfews for Japanese-Americans to be legal.


Now for undocumented immigrants... If they are murderers, sex traffickers, etc. I'm all for deporting them.
