John Christopher Wolford is a documented member of the Gangster Disciples street gang. He has 18 prior convictions. As such he is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition per federal law.

On March 28, an employee of a convenience store on the 8400 block of Main Street in Houston noticed Wolford pacing back and forth outside the building with a gun in his hand. He contacted authorities. Upon their arrival, law enforcement confronted Wolford and discovered a loaded 9-mm, semi-automatic pistol in his pants.

Wolford’s prior convictions include drug trafficking, tampering with physical evidence, assault causing bodily injury and assault of a family member. The most recent was in 2019 when he pleaded guilty to another felon in possession charge. He received a 37-month prison sentence followed by three years of supervised release.

Left wing/democrats, anti-gun extremists know that when they catch a criminal with a gun...they get to confiscate that gun.

What drives them insane is the fact that there are 600 million guns in private hands....and they can't confiscate them because the owners of those guns do not commit crimes with those guns.

So they want to create an environment where normal, uninformed people give them the power to confiscate and ban those guns.

But if the majority of gun owners don't commit crimes, how do you get the momentum for banning and confiscating guns?

You keep releasing the violent gun criminals who do almost all of the gun crime. If they are locked up....they won't use guns illegally, they won't shoot people.....back on the street they do both of those things...

So letting them go, over and over again, creates a false impression of guns being the problem, instead of criminals being the problem...and the democrat party releasing those criminals being the problem....

Democrats are letting violent criminals have possession of firearms by providing very little deterrent when they get caught. The Governor of the state has no control over what a federal court can or can't do in their state.

The only way to address the gun problem is provide harsh penalties against only those who illegally carry and use guns. The only way for that to happen is to get rid of Democrats for good so they can't get judges like this joker on the bench.
