The truth is, even without this bombing, the democrats were standing in line to impeach Trump after the midterms, assuming they took the House.

This just gives them a new talking point and a way to run for the midterms.

Trump has taken a huge gamble here, doing this before the midterms.

More than likely his intel told him that he did not have the time to wait because they were so close to getting a nuke.

That would be my guess.

However, Trump has courage as every President before him has conveyed the message that Iran should never be allowed to get a nuke, but none of them had the courage to do anything about it.

Also, Trump and his family will have a lifetime of dodging assassination attempts from Iran as well as whatever terrorist acts they have lined up for the US.

He isn't using the Patriot Act like Bush, jr, Obama and others have done. He admits his justification if "I got a Feeling". When you add everything else up this Trump 2.0 then there are more than enough for justification for not only Impeachment but conviction with prison.
