I just want to point out that it isn’t because there aren’t some qualified minority candidates, it is simply that there aren’t enough to fill their quotas that we have unqualified people in many positions. This has nothing to do with the capabilities of one race over another, but with a culture that hinders many minority children from legitimately succeeding.

Many children of all races legally migrate into this country every year. Many of their families are not well off and come the US in order to succeed. In general, they are part of a culture that is built around working hard in school or work, not making excuses, and taking advantage of the plethreora of opportunities the US provides that their home countries did not. That is a path to success.

The antithesis of that culture is one the Democrats continue to promote via handouts, social programs and continuing to promote the idea of playing the victim card and not taking personal responsibility. This leads to a culture in which success is seen as an entitlement, not something that has to be earned. This culture is not as predominate in white and Asian communities, although that is also changing as Democrats continue their social engineering in public schools. These communities do not receive nearly the same amount of “hand-ups” nor can they play the victim card as easily. White women benefit from affirmative action as well, though not to the same extent. This will also ultimately end up having an negative affect on actual performance and qualifications but it will take a little longer as they are not generally as immersed in a culture that promotes entitlements since their male counterparts do not benefit.

This fix is to stop promoting the victim card. Stop making excuses. People from all races and backgrounds have certain hurdles to over come to become successful. Some may be poor, some may be less academically inclined, some may not have a stable or safe family environment, some all of the above. Extreme handicaps aside, all of these ultimately amount to nothing but excuses in the US.

In short, this is not a racial thing, it is a culture thing. Democrats are working hard for the entitlement and victim culture to become the norm as it gives the government and politicians more power over the people. There is absolutely no excuse for person who worked hard to succeed in the US to vote for a Democrat. Those that do are just plain ignorant or are part of the ultra elite that will benefit from more control. (Gates, Bezos, etc.) Our enemies are in LOVE with this culture shift in the US as we will implode if it continues.
