Mr. GREEN died of low Blood sugar according to the TAMPA BAY TIMES----with handcuffs on. It had nothing to do with the cops putting their knees in his back in order to put the handcuffs on him when he became combatibe. He was a diabetic----diabetics die of low blood sugar all the time.
