He was found guilty by a jury of his peers and they are valid existing laws he broke and he (and his lawyers) were given every chance to prove the accusations wrong and they failed to do so. Keep in mind that a Jury of his peers is a group of people that were chosen by both the prosecution and the DEFENSE!
