I proved your statement to be incorrect:

1) they are not outdated
2) they are not "mistomenors"
3) they are felonies
4) Sane judges follow the laws that exist. They are not insane as you suggested.

As far as going to jail, He was excused of that because he became president. Otherwise, his chances of going to jail were 40% (3 of 7 previously-found-guilty-of-the-same-charges went to jail. 4 of them did not).
