Dem senator is going to El Salvador, uninvited, to lobby for release of MS-13 gang member

This is the hill the left is going to die on, and I'm 1,000% here for it! :auiqs.jpg:

I hope this politician does something stupid while he's there, and ends up in a cell with his favorite gangsters.

By the way, he was silent when Rachel Morin was murdered by an illegal in his state.

Fact is the only thing connecting him to a gang is a confidential source no one knows anything about other than the corrupt cop that claimed they exist.

We hold trials for illegal aliens who commit crimes in this country. That's how we determine if they've committed crimes that they're accused of.

The concept of due process seems to escape you. You authoritarians and fascists think you can declare people to be criminals just by saying it.

The constitution says otherwise.
They’re illegal, the crime has already been committed. That alone can get them deported without a trial.

Do you suppose it's even possible that Garcia is innocent, or is that too much for your mind to grasp?

Do you oppose due process in general, or just in this case?

Innocent of being in our country illegally? No, there's no chance of that.
No, innocent having standing recorded in another court. That's part of the 'due process' question that you avoided answering. My guess is you have no clue about the meaning of due process as used in the US Constitution.

He was in our country illegally, he had a lawful deportation order, and he was deported back to his home country in accordance with our immigration laws.

What happened after that has nothing to do with the US, it's the responsibility of the government of El Salvador.

That's not accurate. Some US Court ruled that he was entitled to remain here until his case is settled. That's the due process part you're unaware of.

Do we really have rule of law in this country? No sir, we do not, and that became the case long before King Donald came on the scene.

Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen is among the Democrats who decided that bringing a deported MS-13 associate — found by more than one immigration court to be a "danger to the community" — back to the United States is somehow a worthy cause.

After failing to secure a meeting with Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele during his visit to Washington, D.C., on Monday, Van Hollen declared that he was headed to El Salvador to visit with alleged gangster Kilmar Abrego Garcia, "show solidarity" with the Salvadoran national's family, and possibly bring about his return.

Van Hollen's trip — which came amid the release of more damning information about the MS-13 affiliate whom he seeks to liberate from accountability — has been a complete bust.

No, he sent him home. What happens to him after that isn’t our problem.
It’s definitely your problem because you sent him to the gulag.

You’re the reason he’s there.

Democrats don't learn. The more moronic obstructionist garbage they pull, the more voters they lose.

If he is innocent, he can argue his case through the El Salvadorian legal system.

They aren't interested in housing law abiders in CECOT

He was here illegally. He’s not innocent by any means.
