Maybe not depending on the chaos the Biden left for the democrat party convention. Kind of strange when democrats want to focus on the gender of their presumed candidate when they can't even define what a woman is.
She lost because we knew a lot less about The Donald eight years ago.

Clinton was popular, compared to Harris. A part of the population that always votes that way will vote for her. Trump Party will vote for him. A large part of the rest of the country probably will vote " no vote". Trump very well might become President again.

She lost because of a last minute letter that threw doubt upon her. I did not and would not vote for her (or anyone else who voted for the illegal Iraq invasion), but her loss was due to last minute misinformation.

The GOP didn't spend 30 years trying to destroy Kamala the way they did Hillary so that's a big step up from last time
