She's really not in terms of polling, democratic enthusiasm, funding records, support from 'double haters'. She's leading Trump by about 1.5% on the aggregate polls. Up almost 4.5 points from Biden's numbers 7 weeks ago.

Most reasonable people would be deeply concerned about Trump's advanced age, especially considering Trump's hallucinations about conversations with people that weren't there, his false memories of 'helicopters going down', his confusion on AI crowds, or his false memories of Harris 'meeting with Putin 3 days before the Ukraine invasion'.

He's not doing well. Which might explain why Harris is leading him in the polls.

Perhaps in some corners. He can easily overcome not doing the debate especially since he offered to do it if three were.set up, as he intended to do three with Biden. Coupled with Harris avoiding the media for months after Biden was usurped, he is on solid ground. What is more difficult to overcome is a debate that isnt on the level at Disney. Again, the Dems campaign decisions have given Trump permission to break norms, they've been doing so for two election cycles.

Naw, its only a small risk, the voters see the dichotomy between the two candidates. They will basically say, "meh, she doesnt talk to media or.do interviews, MSM doesnt care, why should we?". People are smarter than media and polling experts think. Go and listen to the croeds reaction when Bill Maher called out the Dems. Go and listen to the very surprising and loud reaction from the crowd when Jon Stewart called out the Dems hypocrisy during the convention. Go read the reactions of the public when betonce didnt play at the DNC and voters believed it was to get fake.rstings.for Harris speech. People.are.waking up. These are loud voters saying "we arent buying the Democrat narrative anymore". The public decline of Biden reaffirmed this after media covered for him for years. With Biden being usurped and Harris avoding ALL media and even listing of her policies on her campaign website, this is no longer a taboo game changer. In fact, I bet you that many would agree with this decision and even understand it, especially as it is on ABC and Trump already conducted a debate on CNN. Americans are aware of media bias now, even left wing talk hosts are calling it out and their crowd responds in agreement.

Many republicans probably would. But then, many republicans accepted the Big Lie, Trump claims about AI crowds, that Trump had a conversation with Willie Brown on a helicopter that went down, and that Harris met with Putin only 3 days before the Ukraine invasion.

They're not a particularly discerning audience. And they're not who Trump needs to win.

He needs undecided voters. He needs swing voters. He needs double haters.

And he's not going to get any of those groups by backing down and appearing weak in front of Harris. Especially when his entire shtick is never backing down from a fight.

Harris said she would do a major.interview before the end of the month, have you heard her announce one yet? She even gaslit Fox News when asked, "my team is working on it". Trumps team does internsl polling, they know where they are, which public polls are real or not and what impact RFK has on it. .The ABC debate is a trap, I said it here long ago. They dont want her to truly debate, if they did they would agreed to three. The Dems have proven for two election cycles that they dont do what is good for the country, only what is good for their campaign.
