OK where are all of you Leftists who mocked me when I said "Call To Prayer" is coming to America? And this raises a religious question: Why do Muslims need a loud obnoxious Call To Prayer 5 times a day when the other major religions don't?

Anyone within earshot of the call is obligated to go to the Mosque for daily prayer. Infidels have to convert, or die.

A couple of years ago NY issued a new rule that allows mosques to amplify the call to prayer - in violation of the regular noise ordinance - without a special permit.

Below is a letter objecting to the carve-out to benefit one specific religion.

It's not a question of telling one when church service starts. It's an American tradition based upon it's Christian foundation. Thus the Christian bells have a good sound.

Christianity seeks to bring people under the spiritual laws of God.
Islam seeks to bring people under Sharia civil law.
