Having been born and raised in SoCal I know that with few exceptions Propositions and Measures will consist of:

1. Social Issues no one cares about.
2. Tax hikes no one wants.

They will also be worded in such a way that in order to vote FOR an issue, you have to actually vote AGAINST it, and vice versa.

I have NO faith in California, it's people or it's gov't, to EVER vote or do the right thing on ANY issue either.
