As do the rest of the Left journalists who insisted that the pipe bomber on January 6th was a white Republican male.
Even when they arrested a black man for the crime, Jake said on air that it was a white man.
WTH?
And the fact he planted bombs at the DNC and RNC headquarters simply escapes Legacy media. No, he just hated democrats it seems.
The evidence apparently was not that difficult to assess in finding the guilty party. It was there all the time as there was no new evidence found to bring the suspect to justice. No, it was just that the DNC propagandists had no real incentive to bring them to justice as they could use their same tired talking points that the right wing is violent and dangerous as they pointed to the pipe bomber on January 6th as proof. Finding the real suspect then had no up side, especially now that we have learned the suspect was black and his parents were suing the Trump administration for racism.

Brian Cole, Jr. worked for a bail bonds company run by his father that worked to free illegal immigrants from ICE facilities and sued the Trump administration’s Department of Homeland Security.
Weeks before 30-year-old Cole Jr. allegedly planted pipe bombs at the headquarters of the Democrat and Republican parties on January 5, 2021, a court ruled against the company in its lawsuit attacking the Trump administration on immigration issues, The Daily Wire has learned. An FBI affidavit in the case notes that the suspect works for a bail bond company and lives with his mother.
Later in 2021, the company held a press conference bemoaning anti-black racism with a left-wing attorney. Cole Sr. and Benjamin Crump, who represented the family of Trayvon Martin, attempted to sic the Biden Department of Justice on a local Tennessee prosecutor who had raised questions about the bail bond company.
