DC Pipe Bomber's Family Worked to Free Illegals from ICE, Sued the Trump Admin, And Used Trayvon Martin's Lawyer to Fight "Racism"

Trumps pardon conferred the actual pardon power onto the Attorney General (the decider) who actually issued the certificates of pardon.

Her deciding included people blocks away from the Capitol, because their actions "related" to the actions at the capitol.
And the pipe bombs were certainly "related" to the actions at the capitol.

As did someone with firearms and molitov cocktails several blocks from the capitol.

None of which applies to the current situation.

But keep plying your reality bending scenarios.

I'm pretty sure my daughter's high school mock trial team can figure it out. The crime wasn't committed on January 6th, and it specifies that it's for conviction of offenses that took place on January 6th. Lonnie was arrested for having all that stuff in his truck on January 6th. What crime did Brian Cole is alleged to have committed on January 6th for the pardon to include him?
That's not what the pardon said.
It said related to

offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021

Tell Trump to stop issuing blanket pardons with vague definitions such as "related to", which casts a very wide net.
And catches fish you weren't after.

How would the URKELBOMBER be described on an APB?

AS A WHITE MALE?

GTFO

Brian Cole, Jr., the accused January 6 pipe bomber who planted live bombs at the Republican National Committee and Democratic National Committee the night before January 6 has been arrested by the Justice Department for his crimes after almost five years as the case went cold.

While it is hard to imagine that Cole somehow had foreknowledge that there would be a riot at the U.S. Capitol that day, by that time, he certainly was well aware that President Trump was challenging the 2020 election and would be giving a speech that day protesting the outcome of the 2020 elections.

Now, Cole has reportedly confessed to authorities and is claiming to the FBI that he was a Trump supporter who thought the 2020 elections were stolen and that’s why he did it.

There’s at least one problem with that story. Namely, if he was “challenging” the election’s outcome in 2020, why did Cole start building the bombs in 2019?

Because 2019 was when Trump launched the election fraud accusations

On June 18, 2019, Trump formally announced his bid for re-election, though his campaign efforts had been ongoing since his inauguration.

Even in 2019, he was already laying the groundwork for questioning election outcomes, a pattern that would continue into and beyond the 2020 election.

Throughout the year [2019], his statements on the "upcoming election" largely centered on ... casting doubt on the integrity of the voting process.

You still haven't answered my question. What crime did Brian do on January 6, 2021?

Convicted of offenses RELATED to those events.

" I had weapons in my parked truck "

"I planted pipe bombs for the protest."
I feel like I'm having discussions with either trolls or truly stupid people. The crime had to occur on January 6th. What crime did the pipe bomber is alleged to have done on January 6th?

No.

The pardon didn't say committed on January 6th
It said "related to" the events of January 6th.

Just like your mother, born years before you were even born, is "related" to you.

Terrorists who shot up Capitol Pardoned by Carter

First, Carter didn't "pardon them", he commuted their sentences, so that they could be exchanged for Americans illegally held by Cuba.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Local man Brian Cole Jr. reportedly had his invitation to the annual FBI Christmas Party rescinded after being arrested under suspicion that he was the January 6 Pipe Bomber.

Federal agents raided Cole's home on Thursday after successfully linking him to the mysterious hooded suspect who had planted explosive devices at both the Democratic and Republican National Committee Headquarters on the eve of January 6, which sources confirmed was a big "no-no" for federal employees.

"Cole was one of our best, but he violated his oath when he got caught," Special Agent Dylan Ravenslaw said during a press conference where he announced the arrest. "We simply cannot have such sloppy employees at our Christmas party."

According to sources, the 30-year-old suspect expressed regret for planting pipe bombs and was reportedly cooperating with authorities in exchange for leniency. "Can someone at least make me a plate? You guys put together the best spread every year and — ugh, I never should have participated in that secret shadow operation," Cole was quoted as saying during an eight-hour interrogation.

Though reports circulated that Cole had ties to Antifa, FBI sources revealed that that would not have precluded the bureau from hiring him on. "We've had a strong working relationship with Antifa for years," one insider said. "Our interorganizational softball games with them are fun, too."

At publishing time, President Trump was reportedly meeting with FBI Director Kash Patel later today looking for answers as to why he also wasn't invited to the annual FBI Christmas Party.

LOL....Can someone make him a plate.

(b) grant a full, complete and unconditional pardon to all other individuals convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021;

That's from your link. What did he do on January 6th? I don't see anything that you posted that says that happened on or around January 6th.
