She said "it really isn't clear" if Cole is a supporter of either President Donald Trump or former President Joe Biden.

"This guy was an equal opportunity bomber," Pirro said. "He put a bomb outside the Republican National Committee and the Democrat National Committee. He was disappointed to a great deal in the system, both sides of the system,

I'm genuinely embarrassed for you.
I just heard that the FBI brought in AI to analyze the mountains of data.
AI that wasn't invented until recently.

Let that sink in.

It's like when they developed DNA matching, and suddenly 20 year old cases were solved.

According to ABC’s source -

according to U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro”

WOW that's stupid!
Look at the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers who were convicted because of what they did BEFORE January 6th, 2021.

These guys were convicted of conspiring to interrupt the vote counting process and what’s more, they were actually present at the Capital on J6.

Cole’s actions had nothing to do with the events of J6 and he was not present at nor participate in the riot.
So clearly things happening BEFORE January 6th, are "related to" January 6th.
No. The pardon stipulated that they applied to the EVENTS of J6. Meaning, the riot at the Capital and attempts to interrupt the vote count.

Cole’s actions had nothing to do with events which he did not conspire with and which he did not know, and could not know, would occur the next day.

Another idiot who can't connect the dots.

We’re having a discussion. I’ve given you no incentive to insult me.
Once more....

Again, they were convicted of conspiracy and they were present on J6. Cole conspired with no one, was not present and could not know the riot would happen.

You're late to the game, so let me hit one point at a time.

Steve Rhodes

The most prominent figure is Stewart Rhodes, the founder and leader of the Oath Keepers, who was convicted of seditious conspiracy despite not physically entering the U.S. Capitol building on January 6, 2021.

Conviction: Rhodes was found guilty by a federal jury in November 2022 of seditious conspiracy and other charges related to the plot to obstruct the peaceful transfer of power.

The pardon doesn't say "applied to" it says "related to", which means in some way connected to those events.

A man who never came within blocks of the Capitol was determined to have his actions (having a car full of weapons) was "related" to the events on January 6th.

Lonnie Coffman, 72, parked his truck – filled with 11 Mason jars filled with gasoline and Styrofoam, several unregistered firearms, hundreds of rounds of ammo, a stun gun, machetes and a crossbow with bolts – a few blocks from the Capitol on January 6.

He never got anywhere near the Capitol, and it was determined that he was covered by the pardon.

Since it covered "related to" and not "at".

Lonnie Leroy Coffman, 72, of Falkville, Alabama, was sentenced today to 46 months in prison after pleading guilty to federal and local firearms offenses stemming from the discovery of weapons in his pickup truck parked near the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

He parked his red GMC Sierra pickup truck in the 300 block of First Street SE, on the morning of Jan. 6. Less than half a mile away in the U.S. Capitol Building

He qualified under the Trump pardon

A President can revoke a pardon.

If you think the pardons will prevent any legal action against this man who planted a bomb at the DNC, you are incorrect.

Why do you want him pardoned for trying to kill Democrats?

15th post
Wilson was a member of the mob that stormed the Capitol and was charged with multiple crimes related to his conduct on Jan. 6. During the FBI’s broad criminal probe of the riot, investigators found an arsenal of illegal firearms at his home. The weapons were not connected to his involvement in the Jan. 6 attack.

Justice Department argued ... Trump’s pardon was narrow and should not be read to cover Wilson’s gun offenses.

About two weeks after that, prosecutors reversed course and said the pardon was meant to absolve Jan. 6 defendants of a range of other crimes that had nothing to do with the attack.

The president could settle the issue by simply issuing new pardons for the additional crimes.

Trump seemed to clarify his January 20th pardon, by issuing a pardon covering the gun charges from months after January 6th, and in another state far from Washington DC and the US Capitol.

President Donald Trump issued a second pardon to Dan Wilson, a January 6th Capitol rioter, in November 2025, this time covering his separate Kentucky firearms conviction,

The initial pardon covered his Jan. 6 felony, but a court rejected its application to the gun charges; however, the new pardon explicitly and fully forgave the gun offenses

A pardon can not be revoked

He planted bombs the night before Jan 6 just outside the Capitol
