He was pulled over for just cause, justly earned his warrents, and justly earned being shot when he tried to flee police. It has nothing to do with race with the exception that so many blacks now think that they are entitled to commit crimes and ignore/attack cops.

Except the state DMV is way behind in renewing tags thanks to Covid, and the air freshener was a minor thing.
The problem isn't the law, it's DISCRESTION. This cop didn't show any. So a simple traffic stop escalated into a fatal incident.
