Darn site is languishing today

Dropped out earlier today for a half hour or so. Got the Cloudfare error page.

It wasn't Cloudfare, it was our host server. When I got back on later, a lot of the latency and delays were gone so I think someone took us offline to fix or clean something up and it seems to have worked, so I'll give them a gold star for that.

The cloudfare error page has TS links. They give a good idea what's happening.
