Drop the per capita nonsense.

It is a very important and relevant metric.

You elected a man for president who woud be in prison if he was black.

I elected a man that would have never gone to trial if he wasn’t a Republican. Race wasn’t a factor, unless you would like to bring Alvin Bragg, Laticia James and Fannie Willis into the mix.

As a black person, the biggest cutural problem we face comes from white culture. You are an individual example of that white cutural probem.

You mean those of us that won’t pander to you and your litany of excuses for an overall lack of success? Sorry, but that is not a cultural problem.

Maybe Penny should have called a social worker to meet Neely at the next stop and ask him politely not to threaten to kill people.
Neely was a cockroach. Needed to be stepped on. Just like George Floyd. On the good side? They are both dead.

don't know about NY, but generally a judge decides if a plaintiff puts up facts that could even lead to the defendant breaching some duty.

And the loser can appeal that judge's finding.

And it is legal to kill somebody if they present a danger to you or others. Of course, if you're wrong about there really being a danger, or at least looking like one, you go to jail for possibly .... ever.

It's different from OJ. OJ claimed he was still looking for the real killer. lol
