I am not sure why judge Clay Jenkins is the authority here, but whatever. Reality is what it is. If there are no ICU beds, you just have to hang on or be transferred until one becomes available. Maybe because I live in a city in which so many people regularly get transported to one of the University Hospitals out of town, it doesn't shock me that this stuff happens.
