-Congress doesn't authorize payments to Social Security recipients either. Medicaid and Medicare are entitlements. You are aware of the fact that this will increase the deficit by $194 billion over 10 years and they will still get the money. They will raise premiums.

-The Iran deal was not illegal. You can debate whether it was wise or not.

-Trump is using a illegal EO to usurp states of their constitutional powers to regulate commerce in their own state. You don't seem to have much problem with that.
