I personally don't have a problem with how she looks. That said, if the boss/management does have a problem with it, it shouldn't be a big deal for her to dress accordingly. Gotta please those that sign your paycheck.

And if she doesn't like the rules set by her employer, then she is free to find another employer. It's my understanding that nurses are in high demand. She probably could easily find an employer that appreciates her choice in scrubs.

I kind of agree with you. It's one thing to complain .... but to complain to the whole world on social media, not good. Some things should not be put out for everyone to see, this matter should be settled between her and her employer, not the rest of the world.
