CRS Releases New Report on 401(k)s

Ryan Ellis from American Shareholders got hold of a leaked copy of the Congressional Research Service's 401(k) report. The report describes 7 major policy issues of "defined contribution" plans. The majority of assets held in these plans are invested in stocks and mutual funds. So what are the researchers telling congress?
