The facts are not consistent with an assassination. The evidence showed there was fight and then he was shot, in the torso and the assailants ran away while he was still alive.

There is an investigation into his death by the DC police. The medical examiner never said anything about a professional hit job. No one with a lick of sense thinks a professional hit job shoots someone in gut and runs away while they're still alive. They looked for the perpetrator but there were no leads and the case is unsolved like most murders.

Getting a copy is not “digging through” anything. It’s asking information already uncovered. Perfectly legal. Try reading yourself. The medical examiner did indeed refute the lame story of a robbery attempt. Saying it resembled a hit. Why don’t you want the killer found? No leads? They didn’t look very hard because Rich’s parents threatened to sue anybody looking into, or even reporting on the case. Which they have zero legal authority to do.
