The body politic prefers not to see women abused and murdered by the hateful mullahs of Islam. Doctors without Borders work under pressure to try to help a lot of people who live under dictatorship, and they cannot make political commitments or they will assist in the border-building process. That would cut off too many needy for medical help if they took sides.

They hear only the voices of those crying out for their help. I know it doesn't look good, but doctors without borders has to get along with some pretty mean characters in order to provide medical services to people terrorists abuse. I pray for all concerned about Kayla Mueller's abuse and for people abused by terroristic tyrants.
