Creationist Finds 60-Million-Year-Old Fossils, Still Denies Evolution

Edgar Nernberg, who sits on the board of a creation museum in Canada, recently made an amazing fossil discovery.


Nernberg was excavating some land in Calgary, Alberta, with a backhoe when he accidentally came across five fish fossils that were amazingly preserved.


Scientists believe that Nernberg's fossil discovery is 60 million years old, but Nernberg maintains that the earth was created by God about 6,000 years ago.


“No, it hasn’t changed my mind. We all have the same evidence, and it’s just a matter of how you interpret it,” Nernberg told the Calgary Sun.


"There’s no dates stamped on these things," Nernberg added.


Nernberg didn't mention how archeologists use carbon dating and other scientific techniques, however, he is always looking for specimens for the Big Valley Creation Science Museum, which states on its website, "Built from the foundations up, for the glory of the Creator, to display the evidence of his handiwork and refute the lie of evolution."

Put facts right in front of them and they STILL choose to believe the earth is 6000 years old, dinos and humans existed together and "that there is geological evidence for Noah’s Flood.

Question for the thumpers:

Why does evolution threaten your belief in a god or the wild tales in the bible?

Not too smart
There is no way the earth or man was created in seven days or 5000 yrs ago. There is too much evidence that life has evolved over billions of years.

Hmm - the universe was once created in the 1st planksecond - this first planksecond is 13.8 billion of years ago. And god created the world in seven days. Today is the eight day of creation - it's not over yet. A little more than 5000 years ago for example the "week" was created. The week is a very good rhythm for human societies. What is your problem?

Fish don't date, but they are well schooled.

I noticed that too. Remember how he separately told all those republicans that he wanted them to be president, and then sat back and laughed when Obama beat them all? I won't be surprised if he pulls the same trick on them this time too.
