Yeah, New York City was a crime-infested wasteland before Giuliani. He rebuilt and revitalized it. And tourism has thrived ever since. He just doesn't get much credit because New York is mostly run by Communist/Progressive Democrat wankas. They've never done a damn thing for New York. But sadly, the Sheep continue to support them.
