I'm glad you agree. I thought you might complain about your Democratic heroes being forced to spend their retirement funds defending themselves against multiple charges, especially in cases in which the DOJ takes years looking for crimes, and uses grand juries to maintain secrecy, and the DOJ refuses all congressional inquiries by reminding them that it is an "ongoing investigation."

But you'll be fine if FBI agents leading such an investigation are cought exchanging text messages on their government cell phones saying things like "Fuck him/her/them! We'll stop him/her/them!" about the next Democrat who runs for president. You'll accept the explanation by Patel that that was a one-off, not indicative of any anti-Democrat bias in the Patel FBI.

I'm glad you will be fine when these democrats are also gone after by ambitious Republican prosecutors in various states and are forced to spend more money defending in those venues as well. I'm glad you will understand why it is fair to arrest those Democrats, take their mugshots and publish them, long before any crime has been proven.

So two questions about the plan for them to "bring up all the evidence against Trump." When will they bring up this evidence? If they actually have evidence, why didn't they bring it up during the investigations and Trump's one trial?

(1) Rudy was PREVENTED from presenting his case to the jury. He had evidence to support everything he said about these two poll workers, but the jury - biased as they were - never even got to see it.

(2) The damages awarded were preposterous, as everyone reading this knows. The Plaintiffs had to endure a couple months of anxiety. That's it. (And they did exactly what Rudy accused them of... there was NO SLANDER).

(3) This judgment is being executed BEFORE the case has run through its appeals - before the proceedings have been reviewed by a panel of ADULTS. If Giuliani lives long enough, the judgment will certainly be vacated by an appeals court. In the meantime, he will be bankrupted and probably die.

Leftists who fail to see the outrageous injustice here simply reinforce the logical belief that they are all either catatonically stupid or evil. Or both.

He refused to answer the allegations and the judge made a determination of fault in his absence

Rudy did not show up until the penalty phase and then tried to raise a defense

The last thing that Bragg wants is to show the evidence he used to convict Trump. Because he did not use evidence. He used a bought out judge and a jury made up of Democrats who were simply waiting for the sides to finish their presentations so they could go ahead and vote guilty.

The case was a sham; intended to be reverse jury nullification. Trump is certainly not afraid of that pathetic "evidence" being shown because his justice department prosecutes Alvin Bragg. Anyone is welcome to show it now, anytime they don't mind being embarassed. It was presented in a public trial, so what's the diff?
