I try to he even handed in these situations, because I understand they are all people who are driven by emotion, and they have their rights, though I question the right to "protest" at least as these people have done it, but, THESE antics need to be dealt with by the authorities. When you are surrounding people vehicles or intentionally standing in someone's way and wont let them leave, beating on their card doing damage, thats not "speech", thats terrorism and destruction of property, and the police in those areas just let it happen.

I think if the city isnt going to enforce the law, you should be able to sue the city for damages to your vehicle.

Either way, they NEED to do their job and get these people out of the streets.

I'm even-handed too. As a trained practical engineer who was expected to find immediate and lasting solutions which were also cost-effective, I want this person to get the justice they deserve.
