Crazy Lawfare – DC Judge Beryl Howell Now Rules President Trump Cannot Make National Security Decisions on Private Enterprise or Law Firms

Do you mean that Trump can't override the Constitution?

That's terrible.

Here's an idea. How about presenting a good reason why these companies and firms should be barred other than Trump's butthurt?
You could always show in the Constitution where the president is forbidden from refusing to grant a private company government contracts.

A private company can contest the award of a contract.
If the reason for the refusal is something other than what is in the contract, they will win.

The challenge was that TRUMP! was overriding the Constitution, not whether a company can contest the award of a contract. I don't think contract awards are in the Constitution.

In more than a few ways this decision is even more crazy than District Judge Beryl Howell’s prior rulings.

Judge Howell (pictured below) issued a temporary restraining order, blocking President Trump from barring the law firm of Perkins Coie from representing federal contractors.

There are a few outlines of the hearing HERE and HERE that essentially tell the story. Consider this quote:

“When you say that if the president, in his view, takes the position that an individual or an organization or a company is operating a way that is not in the nation’s interests, he can issue an executive order like this and take steps to bar that individual, that entity, that company from doing any business with the government, terminate whatever contracts they’ve got, bar them from federal buildings,” Howell said. “I mean, that’s a pretty extraordinary power for the president to exercise.”

Yes, and that’s called the power of the presidency. Apparently Judge Howell has never heard of ‘executive power’ that allows the elected President of the United States to determine what is in our nation’s best interests. Approving his ability to make these decisions, is what that whole voting thing is all about."

Democrat judges have suddenly forgot what the executive branch is. They also forgot about the powers of the executive branch. The SCOTUS needs to slap these lawfare judges down.
Have fun trying to enforce that...

Very few laws are in the Constitution

Trump is making the dimocrap Judges do his work for him. By acting out the way they are he is showing the Country that what I've been saying for years is true --

Our entire Judicial System needs to be revamped. It's out of control. It is the Judicial System's job to rule on laws PASSED by The Legislative Branch and signed by the Executive Branch.

Instead, the Judicial Branch has for far too long awarded themselves power they simply don't have.

SCOTUS had better bring these rogue activist Judges to heel before we decide we really don't need the Judicial Branch anymore. Not a bad idea, actually.

In so many ways, they are redundant, they are a drag on the Country in the economy, education.... Everything.

The Constitution says we have to have a SCOTUS. All the other morons can be done away with. Wouldn't be that hard, really. Just ignore them. What are they gonna do about it? Cry?

This shows how deep the disgusting creatures of the Deep State have embedded themselves in the body of America.

The Judicial Branch contributes next to nothing to the Country, we keep them as a brake against over-zealous politicians and oligarchs.

But what do we do when THEY become the over-zealous activists they are today?

Locally? We could go back to Justices of The Peace.

SCOTUS better get a handle on these knuckleheads. People are sick of them and their bullshit
