Court Blocks Proof-Of-Citizenship Requirement For Voters In 3 States

federal appeals court has blocked a proof-of-citizenship requirement on a federal mail voter registration form in Kansas, Alabama and Georgia.

The case pits Brian Newby, U.S. Election Assistance Commission executive director who argues that the requirement prevents voter fraud, against the League of Women Voters, which argues the documentation requirement disenfranchises voters.

Newby approved the three states' request for the proof-of-citizenship requirement in January, which meant that voters registering had to show documentation such as a birth certificate or a passport.

So, if the courts are not requiring "proof of citizenship" for voters, we might as well just let every individual on the planet vote for who runs this country.

The Democrats are planning to steal the election.

I say let them.

The day after Election Day, we declare we no longer recognize the legitimacy of this government.
