Wisconsin doesn't have a death penalty. Could Darrell Brooks be convicted under federal hate crime laws and receive the death penalty?

"Under federal hate crime legislation, bias-motivated violence is punishable by ten years to life in prison, and some bias-motivated crimes are punishable by the death penalty. (18 U.S.C. §§ 245, 249.)"

Not if Mr. Ed and the Muslim get him out on $1000 bail.....

The Potatohead administration will claim it wasn't a hate crime, because , you know, he is Black.

He can kill White Dancing Grannies and White children and it not be considered hate because his ancestors were slaves, doncha know?

Of course it was a Hate Crime.

Calling this Atrocity a Love Crime is absurd. Mr. Brooks chose to commit this violence in the Honky Community when he could have just as easily done it in Milwaukee where he would have been victimizing people of his own race.

NO!

Dems consider the gentleman to be a member of a mistreated group that deserves immediate release when they commit crimes, automatic admission to college regardless of their high school grades, and -- of course -- reparations.

So the idea of executing someone who murdered six people (including a baby) is out of the question.

Some Dems probably feel that his sentence should be a severe (very severe) reminder not to repeat his action.

If he does, the court will be forced to sentence him to 6 hours in jail next time he murders 6 people.

Dems assure us that the gentleman and others of his ilk need only forgiveness & love in order to turn their lives around.

It's not a hate crime when blacks target white people for assaults and murder according to Democrats. If it were over 90% of hate crime charges would be filed against blacks, and of course that's just not acceptable to SJW racists.
