I had no interest in America at all before. I only noticed this about a year ago. I had a stereotyped idea of the Americans as a mercantile, cunning nation of the British type. I couldn't even imagine how wrong I was. Everything turned out to be the opposite. Americans are damn naive, open and honest people, they don't even know how to lie.
Of course, I'm exaggerating a little, there are different people everywhere, but in general the picture is just that.
