I realize the guy had a serious deficiency in hiring ability. He proved it time and time again, but possibly to know him is to dislike him. It's not like he had much character accept poor character and he did not seem to get along that well with anybody else that wasn't or isn't of poor character. Being able to select and hire upper management is a must. He does not have the talent or vision.
