so, is trump right? Are we now suppose to think if we come out of this with 100,000 to 200 thousand deaths, then his team did an excellent job controlling it? That's what the president is saying now....? that there could be 2 MILLION DEATHS, and 100,000 deaths only, would be like a miracle?
This is what weāre going to have to accept. Iām glad theyāre being honest about the numbers. Mind you, thatās a best case scenario. NO-ONE has immunity. Therefore effectively everyone will get it. Itās going to be that way everywhere. Once the lock downs come to an end, it will re-emerge. Who knows maybe by that time itāll die down in the news, but I doubt it. Iāve been trying to tell yāall how badly China screwed the pooch on this for the rest of the world. Iāve been calling this a the biggest crime against humanity in our lifetime on Chinaās part. Itās going to be really bad for everyone. At least with Chernobyl that was contained to that area, and very few people died. Not this. Millions dead across the globe. Yāall havenāt seen anything yet. Itās going to be bad.
Is it true that the Chinese govt believed initially the virus was passed only through direct contact with the animal infected and not from human to human?
Or was this just their hope?
Or did they know definitively that it was passed from human to human but they felt the immediate almighty Chinese Yuan in their hands was more important?
Do you believe the Chinese intended to infect the entire world? Knowing that infecting the world would actually end up decreasing their manufacturing industry and bring them down financially?
Those are questions that come to mind..... yes, they let the warning from one of their doctors go for two weeks, even accused him of lying on December 30th I believe? Yet the WHO reported to the world on December 31st, 2019 that this was a new corona virus, spreading from human to human....?
And then the Chinese gvt let Chinese New Year take place....with all the gatherings, before they did their massive stay at home order? Was this for money, as well? How could they not know the consequences for their own country by letting this pass from Nation to Nation? The Chinese are fairly smart people..... why of why would they intentionally let this happen? It's all baffling to me... because one usually looks for WHO BENEFITS when crimes are committed? This was a crime to humanity!

As far as the virus coming back after people are let out of lock down.....
Won't the infection rate be SLOWER the second time around because X amount of people were infected and have developed antibodies for it? Almost as if they were inoculated with a vaccine?
You first have to understand how a virus jumps from animal to human first to understand how dangerous these wet markets are for humanity as a whole. Most of our common flu viruses come from domestic livestock that share similar body temps to us. It is an extremely rare event that a virus mutates from something that can infect a pig, to something that can infect a human. But viruses do mutate a lot so they get millions of lottery tickets a day to win the proverbial jackpot. Now, after that rare event happens in a particular pig or whatever, that pig needs to interact with a human in a significant way, and that mutated virus has to be able to jump from that pig to the human. This is another rare event, especially with wild animals. Now weāve been interacting with common domestic livestock for millennia now, so the deadly diseases that jump between our species have killed off the genetic lines that are susceptible to the deadly diseases we trade among the species. Whatās left is the genetic lines that pass on mainly mild diseases to each other.
A good example of this is smallpox, Europeans had been dealing with it for thousands of years, what was left were Europeans who had passed down immunity, or genetics that give them a better chance to fight off smallpox which is still an mfāer of a disease. They met the native Americans who have never been introduced to smallpox, and in a matter of a mind blowing amount of time for a civilization without a lot of travel, it wiped out 90% of the Native American population roughly speaking.
On top of our natural passed down immunity, and genetic resilience with diseases of our domestic livestock, we take measure that greatly reduce the chances of mutated viruses occurring and especially jumping. We practice proper vaccination of livestock, storage of livestock, cleaning of livestock pens, proper butchery, proper food prep, proper cooking, and proper sanitation in our daily living. All this lowers the chance of a mutated virus jumping to humans to next to impossible. H1N1 was kind of a fluke. But statistically still bound to happen, and just a re-introduced form of the common flu that had not been seen in a long time.
In Chinese wet markets on the other hand...whatever you catch becomes food. You have thousands of different types of wild animals in close quarters with millions of humans. God only knows what diseases these wild animals carry, and these animals arenāt vaccinated, nor are treated with any medicine. Not only that, the conditions of these animals isnāt usually good, meaning they are usually immunocompromised. Take for instance the bat. Bats have a natural immunity because they raise their body temp to fever temps everyday when they fly. This helps kill of viruses. But a caged bat canāt fly. Therefore itās loosing a natural ability to fight off diseases. Allowing the diseases it has to run rampant, allowing for a greater chance to mutate into something harmful. Mix that in with the incredibly unsanitary conditions in wet markets, basically everything that you could do wrong they do do wrong in the wet markets. You have animals shitting were people butcher (they barely butcher if at all, usually just a bamboo stick through the ass of whatever you caught), and cook. They have no problem with wiping the animal shit they got on their hand onto their pants. Washing your hands is a rarity in mainland China, and so are toilets. So now the virus chances of winning the lottery go dramatically up. This is true 3rd world places like Africa too, where the same level of sanitation is practiced. However, the problem with China is that the sheer amount of human bodies living on top of each other, and the ever increasing amount of air travel they participate in makes it way easier for these diseases to quickly spread. This is opposed to places like remote Africa where thereās minimal air travel, and way less population centers. Very few exotic diseases have made it out of those countries, except for basically AIDS, and Ebola a little bit, but thatās way easier to contain. This is why epidemiologists have been screaming about the wet markets in China for decades now. Only now itās news worthy, or at least it should be. Chinaās lack of caring is money based as well as just an utter disregard for human life. They also have a weird cultural obsession with eating and making medicines out of these wild animals. Itās like bragging rights to get rhino horn powder or whatever to help with erections. Basically weāre lucky this isnāt AIDS transmitted through the air.
