Well yeah, but the point is the Irish could not afford prime rib.Did a slow bake, 2 hrs uncovered, 4 hrs wrapped, 275 degrees. It was good, but unremarkable. Would have rather done a Prime Rib.

We drive to Mayfield KY and eat at this little catfish joint. They have prime rib on Saturdays as a special. Its the best! My wife said that one was better than theirs! Hell, I almost kissed her for it! lol..
She is a harsh food critic(probably because I make her eat my crazy concoctions) so when she smiles, I know I did good!

I want a pressure cooker. My father in law got one a few months ago and he has made some good stuff! Better than a crockpot IMO. At least what I have had..I do them all the time. 1 large pressure cooker, couple of potatoes, ze corned beef, and 1 head of chopped cabbage.
If room gets tight, lose a potato or some cabbage.
Put in under pressure for 45 minutes then turn heat off til the button drops.
