The cops failed in their duty. Rock shouldn't have had to file a complaint. The battery was public and a violation of the law. Would Rock have had to file a complaint if Smith had shot him? Nope--he would have been arrested. Talk about privilege!

Rock has exhibited nothing but class. At the very least I would have thought Will would have to leave the ceremony.
