Then two girl were raped and murdered walking home one night and the cops on the scene took pictures of their dead bodies and shared them on a whatsapp group with other cops.

The Met has always had a corruption problem and it seems to be regressing under the current regime. Changing a culture is difficult but the evidence is that things are getting worse not better.
