Brussels canceled their New Years festivities and I'm listening to all of the extraordinary security measures being taken by NYPD for New Years. Snipers, multiple checkpoints, bomb and metal detectors, etc etc. The green zone perimeter in Bagdhad didn't have this kind of security.
