If children born at birth to US Citizens are claimed to be "natural-born citizens" if born outside the jurisdiction of the US, then why is it that Puerto Ricans, who are born citizens at birth, are not eligible to hold the Office of the President? If Puerto Ricans are denied, why then do people claim Cruz is eligible? Kinda dismissed the claim that citizenship at birth is natural born.
