Trump then penetrated her with his fingers and later with his penis, she claimed, saying she could “still feel the pain” of his fingers inside her.
Live updates: Jury finds Donald Trump sexually abused E. Jean Carroll in civil case

It is widely understood that the Respondent in this case has small hands....and if these stubby "vulgarian" digits left a more lasting impression than his "manhood", has Stormy's observation been confirmed?

Perhaps that's why that little codpiece looks like it's "For Entertainment Only"..

Didn't you guys say something about being innocent until proven guilty? Well, he was proven guilty, in a court of law.

A Manhattan jury unanimously sided with advice columnist E. Jean Carroll in her civil lawsuit against former President Donald Trump, whom she says raped her in a department store dressing room in the 1990s.
The panel reached its decision Tuesday after less than three hours of deliberation, finding him liable for sexual abuse — but not rape — and declaring he owes $5 million in total damages.

why wasnt he found guilty of rape ? why were no police reports filed at the time of the incident ? appeals are forthcoming ... tomorrow the Biden crime family will be exposed ... and every time the left goes after Trump with bullshit legal actions he rises in the polls .

They're not going to care and this is actually a plus for men who support MAGA and their Andrew Tate/Jordan Peterson movement.

That's the appropriate response...

The most insightful exchange of this sad trial was this one, in my opinion:

"And Trump pre-confessed in the “Access Hollywood” tape. He has had six years since that conversation was published to come up with an explanation, beyond locker room talk, of his “when you’re a star, they let you do it.” Instead, questioned by Kaplan, Trump could not avoid revealing his true self.
“Historically, that’s true, with stars,” Trump testified.
“True that they can grab women by the p---y?” Kaplan asked.
“Well, that’s what — if you look over the last million years, I guess that’s been largely true. Not always, but largely true,” Trump replied. He paused and then, as he does, kept going. “Unfortunately or fortunately.”
Fortunately? Fortunately?
“Who would say the word ‘fortunately’ to describe the act of sexual assault?
Kaplan asked the jury.

Boyoboyo!! With a client like that ..... it' gotta be tough to be a defense attorney.

She did not “prove” anything. The jury decided it was more likely than not that he engaged in an unwanted physical touching of a sexual nature (like touching her tits).

On top of that, Grifty has a well established reputation for not paying them.

She "proved" it by the standards of a civil proceeding.

Well, the exchange with Trump at his deposition that I quote above is again echoed by the editorial board of the Washington Post.

They stated this tonight:

"Tuesday brought a stark moment of accountability for Donald Trump. The former president, who leads in the latest polling for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination and against Democratic incumbent Joe Biden, has not just been credibly accused of sexual abuse but found liable for it by a jury of his peers. That and the behavior he showcased at trial should remind voters of what they rejected in 2020.
Mr. Trump received a fair trial. A mixed decision after three hours of deliberations underscores that jurors weren’t out to get him: The six men and three women did not find Mr. Trump liable for allegedly raping E. Jean Carroll, as she claimed, but they agreed that he was liable for sexually abusing and defaming her, awarding her $5 million in damages.

Ms. Carroll testified in graphic detail over three days about what she says happened in a department store dressing room in the mid-1990s. Two of Ms. Carroll’s friends corroborated that she told them about it shortly afterward, and two other women recounted their own stories during sworn testimony about run-ins with Mr. Trump. They are among more than a dozen women who have accused Mr. Trump of sexual assault or misconduct. In every case, he has categorically denied wrongdoing.

Mr. Trump declined to appear either on the stand or in the courtroom to face his accuser, as was his right. Instead, jurors watched video of his deposition in which he mistook a picture of Ms. Carroll for that of his second wife. This undercut his claim that the former Miss Indiana University wasn’t his type.

He also doubled down on his notorious comments in the “Access Hollywood” tape. Asked about his boast that he could grab women by the genitals because “when you’re a star, they let you do it,” Mr. Trump said: “Historically, that’s true.” He added: “Unfortunately or fortunately.”

Because this was a civil case, the jury needed to find only that a preponderance of evidence supported Ms. Carroll’s claims. In a criminal trial, prosecutors would have needed to prove them beyond a reasonable doubt — a higher standard. The standard in an election is altogether different, though the results of Tuesday’s decision have given voters compelling new evidence to take into account."

And it gets worse. This is Trump denigrating the plaintiff' attorney...57 year old Roberta Kaplan.

"...Trump answers a question from Kaplan about his claim that Jessica Leeds, who testified last week that Trump forcibly kissed and groped her on an airplane in the 1970s, “would not be my first choice” to “go after.” Then, unprompted, Trump goes on to assess Kaplan’s sexual desirability. “You wouldn’t be a choice of mine either, to be honest with you. I hope you’re not insulted,” he said.
He went on, “I wouldn’t, in any circumstances, have any interest in you.”

"This is the former president ......attempting to demean a woman wielding power in his vicinity by delivering a sexist, sexualizing insult. None of it should surprise anyone who has paid attention to Trump’s conduct over the course of his life. But somehow, his inability to change his behavior even a little bit to protect himself from a damaging jury verdict suggests new levels of impulse non-control. He simply had to refrain from mocking a woman’s appearance for the duration of one single deposition, which is occurring because another woman has accused him of rape—and he couldn’t. Or he couldn’t fathom the possibility that he might experience a consequence of his actions.
These two moments in the deposition came during responses to subjective questions. Trump’s deportment in them could be judged by the jury as disrespectful, crude, untrustworthy, and misogynistic—all factors that could work against him as jurors strive to decide whether it is Trump or Carroll who’s lying about the alleged rape."

Like touching her breasts was a remark from a guy on fox trying to soft soap the situation. Here is the actual verdict form. There was more than him just touching her breast.

Sexual assault is not a deal breaker for the religious right.
