Fox News contributors on Sunday scoffed at the “Bring Back Our Girls” hashtag recently created in support of finding the nearly 300 missing schoolgirls in Nigeria.

The international community has taken to Twitter using #BringBackOurGirls to encourage the release of the teenage girls. Boko Haram, a group of Islamist militants, attacked a school in Chibok nearly one month ago and kidnapped 276 individuals. Since, they took eight additional girls and threatened to “sell” them all on the market.

“I do not know how adults stand there facing a camera and say, ‘Bring Back Our Girls.’ Are these barbarians in the wilds of Nigeria supposed to check their Twitter accounts and say, ‘Uh-oh Michelle Obama is very cross with us, we better change our behavior?’” Will said on Fox News Sunday.

Actually it's you and the rest of the left that "don't get it".

The crticism is not about the effort, it's about the LACK of effort.

It's about how we look utterly impotent, and totally incapable of stopping a rag tag group of militants.
Having the first lady do nothing more than give this group legitimacy, instead of a call for real action does nothing more than make us look weak.

If we really want these girls back, then lets go get them, and in the process take out these hooligans.

I believe Obama killed them all in the compound in Pakistan minutes after completing the mission as that was the only way to maintain perfect security. Dead men tell no tales.

The belief is they were targeted in Afghanistan because of our President's big mouth. He ran to the cameras as soon as the mission was deemed a success and briefed everyone on who was responsible (himself) and the team that carried out the mission. He had a meet and greet here at Ft Campbell shortly after they returned stateside. Many of them were reassigned to Afghanistan and were killed in action.

Its ridiculous this campaign did not start until almost 4 freaking weeks after the girls were kidnapped. Its ridiculous no one decided to get involved in helping look for them in the same timeframe. They have been doing this for years and someone finally cares. Not to mention, where is the outrage they killed over 1,500 people in the first three months of this year, including school children.

BTW, of the 500,000 active duty members that were in during the 2008 time-frame over 130,000 of them were being treated for depression with anti-depressants. A side effect of constant deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Moreover, you fail to look at the story from a wider scope. Extremist Muslims all over northern and central Africa have taken to killing Jews and Christians. This is a much broader religious issue than you think. These terrorists are motivated by their twisted versions of Islam. Therefore, and as seen in the past, all of their actions; the murder, the bombings, the persecution of Christians, Women and Jews are all motivated by their twisted religious devotion.
